/fix: prompt doctor
Paste a prompt that isn't working (and optionally what went wrong). You get a diagnosis, a rewrite, and tips.
/fix prompt: make the login work
Prompt Medic is a Discord bot for people shipping with Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT. /roast scores your GitHub repo out of 10 and flags security holes, bugs and quick wins. /fix tells you why your prompt isn't working and rewrites it. Bonus: short game patch-note digests with /patch.
Real /fix output, unedited. Brackets mark details only you know, so the rewrite never makes up your stack or your error.
make my app look better
Make my app look better. [PASTE APP DESCRIPTION OR CURRENT CODE HERE]. [DESCRIBE WHAT LOOKS BAD OR WHAT YOU WANT IMPROVED]. Use [YOUR TECH STACK]. Constraints: keep existing functionality unchanged and only modify styles/layout. Done = the app has a cleaner, more modern visual appearance that matches the provided description.
Why it failed: The prompt is extremely vague and provides zero context about the app, current design problems, tech stack, or desired improvements.
my login is broken fix itWhat went wrong
cursor rewrote half my files and it still 401s
my login is broken fix it. It returns 401 errors. Only edit the minimal files needed. Do not rewrite unrelated code. First analyze the current login flow and [PASTE THE EXACT ERROR] plus any relevant logs. Then propose the smallest targeted fix. Done = login succeeds without 401 errors and no other files were changed.
Why it failed: The prompt is a single vague sentence with no context, error details, or constraints, so the AI has no idea what to preserve or where to look.
write a tweet about my gameWhat went wrong
it sounds like a corporate ad
Write a tweet about my game. Make it sound like a real player sharing excitement, not a corporate ad. Use casual, fun language and keep it under 280 characters. Include one specific hook about [ONE THING PLAYERS LOVE] and end with a call to action like trying the game. Done = a natural-sounding tweet that feels personal and engaging.
Why it failed: The prompt is extremely vague with no details on game genre, tone, audience, or desired style, so the model defaults to generic marketing language.
Four slash commands. The /roast and /patch outputs below are real, and the /fix one is an illustrative example.

Valorant, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Marvel Rivals and Fortnite. Summaries come from official patch notes and developer posts and link back to the source.
Prompt Medic only reads public repos (README, file tree and up to about 15 key files) or code you paste, sends it to an AI model to generate the review, and does not store your code.
Any of them: Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Copilot, agents and plain chatbots. It fixes the prompt, not the tool.
